Quitting starts today.. i am sick and tired of coughing so much, so much phlegm, the ashy taste in my mouth and the price of cigs and places to smoke next year.. once and for all.. i hate the quit then smoke then go back to quit to fail again.. ARGH!!
today lost the battles loads of times.. 9 sticks.. omg.
